1. SENDING PAYMENT - After I receive your e-mail, the item will be placed on HOLD for 5 days. If your payment fails to arrive within the 5 day period, the item will be released from hold and returned back to available status on the CZECH THIS! web site. Buyer pays shipping cost. At this time, I do not accept C.O.D. orders or credit cards of any type. All prices quoted are in U.S Dollars. See PAYMENT below for more. Please let me know where your item is to be shipped in your initial E-Mail. 2. INSURANCE COSTS - Buyer is responsible for insurance costs. Shipping and insurance costs are determined by geographic location and value. If you desire insurance on your item, please let me know in your initial E-Mail. Personally, I insure anything I purchase through the mail. If you don't, you do not have a case if it gets damaged in transit. If it means something to you, ALWAYS INSURE IT! 3. BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS - I personally package every piece of glass myself using combinations of peanut styrofoam, bubble wrap, and double boxing. This is the best method I know of for shipping glass. I am extremely cautious and particular in the shipping area as this is a terribly important step in the transaction. Unfortunately, most shippers are not collectors of fine art glass and do not know the fragility of what lies in these boxes. Therefore, I cannot be responsible for lost or broken items in transit. Once it is placed into the hands of the shipper, it becomes the responsibility of that shipper. I can honestly say that I have not had ANY of my shipments arrive damaged or lost in transit. (knock on wood) 4. SHIPPING -   I ship routinely through USPS, Priority Mail. If you wish for me to use another shipper or another method of shipment, please let me know in your initial E-Mail. Shipments are made as soon as possible following the acceptance and clearance of payment. See PAYMENT below for more. 6. PAYMENT - Prices on the CZECH THIS! web site are firm. If payment is made by Money Order or a Cashier's check, U.S. Funds only, shipping will take place within 2 business days. Personal checks are accepted, however there is a minimum of 10 business days, to allow the checks to clear, before your item(s) will be shipped. I retain the right to withhold shipment until your personal check clears. At this time, I do not accept foreign checks (sorry). I will notify you, by E-Mail, when payment is received and the day the item(s) ships. I would like for you to E-Mail me when your item(s) arrive and give some feedback regarding your purchase. 7. RETURNS - Returned items will be accepted ONLY because I have failed to represent the item properly and you have notified me by E-Mail within 24 hours of your receipt of the item.
